We also had the remaining standing portion of the tree removed, as well as 5 other trees - four were dead from Southern Pine Beetle and the other was another split-top pine tree that was threatening the house and a shed.

No work has been done yet, although the building permit from the City of Roswell has been secured (normally takes 3-6 weeks! ACK!), the work scope is set, and work will begin once tropical storms stop wandering over the area.
